I'm sorry I had no idea what to out this under. I've put on about 15lbs in the past few months and I'm really starting to feel it. I know I'm not fat and I'm not saying that but I am noticing it. I find that I've been really sluggish and lazy, my hair is brittle and breaking and my skin is the worst it's ever been. What are some ways to help me get back to the regular me? Thank you xoxo.

Try to take some walks even if you aren't in the mood
Try taking some vitamins
Also try to eat better. Cut out the junk and instead eat fruit

The first thing I'm going to suggest is no more processed food. Try and make everything yourself. I know its hard but I made the change and its the best thing I ever did. Swap chocolate or biscuits for fruit. Fruit is full of sugars thats why I recommend you switch it for your normal treats rather than adopt more sugar into your diet. Vegtables are your best friend. Anything that rots is your best friend. If your struggling to get vegetables in hide them in your food (mash carrot and parsnip and hide it in mashed potatoe) or try to eat soup. Stir fry is the easiest and I think most delicious way of eating vegetables. Drink as much water as you can for the next few days to flush out toxins and then swap it for another drink you enjoy. I can't stand water so I add squash but this isn't really the best idea because there is so much salt in squash. Eat lots of meats and fish (Bought at a butchers, made by you). Go to the doctor and have bloods done to find out if your lacking on anything and if so go on a suppliment for that or make sure you have a lot of it in your diet. Do a hair deep mask once a week for a month and see if that helps. It sounds as though you just aren't minding yourself right or your body isn't absorbing enough of what you need.

First, make sure you're drinking enough water- aim for half of your body weight in ounces per day. That will keep you hydrated and flush out toxins. Focus on foods that are found in nature, not processed boxed foods. Lots of fruit, veggies, lean meats, etc. When you reach for something unhealthy remind yourself that it makes you feel sluggish and tired, and take the time to decide if you could be making a better choice. Eating better, lots of water, and 30 minutes of daily exercise will get you back on the right track.

I forgot, drink a glass of cold boiled water in the morning (I keep a jug of it in the fridge) its amazing for your skin and starts your metabolism nicely. Also if you can have a banana or porridge or toast in the morning instead of cereal.

Hi Allison ,you can use this simple way too. Take a glass of lukewarm water and add honey and lemon juice to it. Mix it well and drink it. Its a way to loose some extra pounds. But you have to be regularly. You can see results within 15-20 days. Drink it in morning even before taking bath. After 1-1.5 hours you can have breakfast. My mother tried it and it works. so try it once it will help you in loosing weight. :-)
