Okay what I learned is your hair will never be completely even unless you start all over again your ends will be an off color and won't look the same but if your fine with that than go for it. If not I would say at least try and fade it a bit more and get it as even as possible before hand.

Basically you do what you're not supposed to do when trying to keep it from fading. Just make sure to deep condition your hair very well!!

Take vitamin c pills crush them up and mix it into a clarifying shampoo. Wash your ends with that to fade it out. Dandruff shampoo will also help fade out color as well as hot water. You can also buy color strippers like color oops, color zap ect... I know color oops doesn't contain bleach but most of the others do. With that you have to make sure to rinse out your hair for a very long time!

Use dish washing liquid. I had Fluro red hair and went to blonde. Dish washing liquid stripped all the red out.

Did you bleach all at the same time? I did that because I completely forgot to let the bleach stay in the middle then ends of the hair and the roots last due to the heat of the scalp which causes the roots to bleach faster.

You should bleach the ends again, I'm guessing you had a red color in there before, so that will be the most stubborn to get out! so deep condition and re-bleach out the funky colored ends (:

Just bleach your ends. The roots since they are virgin hair, lighten a lot faster. The color has to break through all the previous hair dye all over the ends. I would bleach then tone it.
