I would just stick with maybe getting another thing of the studio fix because spring is not that far away and since you don't have to order it from US.

I love Kat Von D foundation and tattoo liner. They are my favorites! My skin isn't very dry though so I don't know how it'd be with that :/ here's a good pic of the eyeliner though!

I have not tried her foundation, but I do really like her tattoo concealer. I have repurchased it quite a few times now. For foundation I use Urban Decay Naked Skin and I really like the texture of it and the amount of coverage it provides. Some days I don't even feel like I need concealer with it, which is great. I apply it with the expert face brush from real techniques, buffing it on all over and then patting it over areas that need more coverage. After that I take a damp sponge (like the beauty blender but the one from real techniques) and pat it over my whole face. I find this really helps me get a great finish. It takes any tackiness down and further blends it into my skin reducing the look of cakeyness (which isn't really much of an issue with the foundation anyway but this just takes it up a notch I think lol) Then I set it with powder and will take the sponge over it again to take off any excess powder, again to avoid looking cakey or too powdery.

As far as eyeliner, I love the Kat Von D autograph pencils. They are really good quality and last forever. I had a black one ages ago that was just about the only black I could get to stay in my waterline. Now I have a purple one and it's just as good. They are very smooth and don't budge. I also love Urban Decay's 24/7 glide on eye pencils. They are about the same consistency as the Kat Von D ones, but maybe a little softer. They also don't budge. For gel liner I just use the one from Maybelline and it's surprisingly good quality. But I've been eyeing up Tarte's Amazonian clay gel liner for months now lol. I hope some of this was helpful. I'm not sure if all I've recommended is available to you but I hope some of it is :)
