Good or bad?

I would assume its bad because your hair is very weak when its wet. And you're rubbing your hair against the pillow and creating friction. ( which can contribute to split ends. )
It might be safer with a silk covered pillow or a silk cap.

I personally hate it because I always wake up feeling sick.

I really think its fine. I do it a lot. You may want a pillow protector or something like that otherwise your pillow will be wet but I think it's fine

I would make sure it's at least 60-70% dry though.

Really depends on what your doing. Every night I put my hair in a braid even if it's dry or not. Doesn't make a difference. Even when my hair isn't in a braid it doesn't make a difference.
So I feel it really doesn't matter but one thing is you could get sick with sleep with wet hair. Definitely if you do it every night

I do it all the time, but I have a completely different hair texture then you. My hair was never soaking wet, but really damp, in some kind of protective style, and I sleep in a satin bonnet over a satin pillow.

Kitty K. is right about the pillow part. I have a silk pillow sheet now, and my hair is so much better looking and feeling than when I didn't and I slept with wet hair.I don't do it everyday, but yeah I do it.lol :)))

I have curley hair and when I sleep with my hair wet it become very texturised and big :)
But I guess it just depends on your hair type xxxx

I do it sometimes. I have curly hair that's long, fine and needs help with volume. It makes it into pretty loose waves in the morning. I let it dry most of the way first and I put a towel over my pillow and lay my hair over my head. My hair is still over my head when I wake up and it's a little crazy but spray it down with a little water and reshape curls and it's perfect. I really don't see it working for everyone. Especially not thick coarse curly hair.

Its fine. Its better then blowdrying your hair every morning. I do it all the ttime. the only thing that will really effect it is putting it up while you sleep. the pony tail holder creates tension which causes breakage.

I do it all the time. Idk if it's bad, but I love to do it lol. Hate how it looks in the morning though.

I per my hair air dry awhile before going to bed. A satin plow case is best to decrease the frizz factor.

If you sleep with wet hair you might get split ends because of the rubbing, either get a silk covered pillow or you can tie your hair in a top not (if you don't know what it is search it up on internet, youtube)
