iv stripped by hair of black dye and tried to dye it brown only for it to turn black again. that was about three or four weeks ago, would it be okay sometime in the future for me to use color oops and dye it lighter again?

Yeah just always wait at least 2weeks inbetween any colour depending on the condition of your hair.
Also if you're wanting to go brown, go a shade or 2 lighter as your hair is porous after colour stripping and holds colour so much more.

Color opus is good but rinse hair in water for 30 min the longer you rinse the more color comes out.and get a cooler color when you dye your hair

I had the same problem after using colour b4 to strip black out of my hair, you're supposed to wait a week or two after using it before trying to dye it again or it will darken...I just used colour b4 again a couple of days later and my hair turned out fine. Just wait a couple of weeks before dying it again after taking the colour out :)
