Well personally I wouldn't want homemade mascara. It would be really easy for it to go bad or get bacteria in it and all it takes is one application to give you some sort or eye infection or something. I'd stick to store bought mascara but if you still want to try I'd google it or YouTube it.

You can melt a black pencil eyeliner. But that will only darken the lashes, not lengthen or anything like that :) just buy one, some run really cheap and work great! NYC instant lash is $1 and it's one of my favs.
