I'm in desperate need of a change, and I know that this is pretty much impossible without killing my hair, but I'm going to ask anyway:
How can I color my hair (light) blonde as fast as possible with as little damage as possible? I have now healthy, shoulder length hair, ombré, and the color that goes from my scalp to ears is 4 (dark brown), and the tips is 8 (warm blonde)
Please help 😭 the picture is what color I'd like to get.

Try avoiding bleaching your hair! but since your hair is dark brown I think it will be really hard:/

I have gone from dark brown to my current colour myself, I used a home dye (scwarscoff blondest colour) this turned my hair a dark orange and then I used a pearl blonde hair dye to make it my current colour. I have bleached my hair before and it killed it so much, using these home dyes wasn't actually to damaging on my hair and I keep gradually lightening it every time I use a pearl blonde dye. Hope this helps x

I had dark brown hair and I started highlighting it, it didnt kill my haid completely but obviously did a little damage I say highlighting is your best bet but with ombre it will be a lil hard unless you don't touch the bottom... you could do a bleach wash and put a light brown/dark blonde on it then start highlighting it once every 4-5weeks...

Mix honey, lemon and chamomile tea together put on a swimming hat or a shower cap, leave on for an hour. If you can try and sit in the sun while you do it or when the hours up blow dry it while its still on for a minute or two, then wash out. I did this a few times a month for summer and it made my hair go for a red to like a strawberry blonde, and red is one of the most difficult colours to remove so it will definitely work for you.

I bleached my hair and it's quite light and my original color is like BLACK everyone thought I had colored it black but it was naturally that dark. Since your hair is a dark brown it may be easier to go lighter. I used a 30 developer and had to bleach about two or three times. My friend used a 40 and only bleached once. Her hair looks really nice and didn't have to tone it. For me I had to use a shampoo to tone down the orange and yellow. The color you showed isn't too light so it should be a bit easier. Try using a 30 developer but you could also mix 30 and 20 do it's not as strong. My hair is soft and doesn't break off. Be sure to get a protein treatment and use it a couple of times before you bleach and continue to use it after and also a moisture treatment.
