To cut bangs, section a piece of hair like you're cutting normal bangs and take a comb and brush out the section of hair til it's smooth. Straighten the hair if it's curly. Next, put the rest of your hair in a ponytail out of the way. Then spread the small section out across your forehead like blunt bangs. Then take your comb, place it underneath the hair, and brush down. Finally, cut straight across, using the comb as a guide. For side swept bangs, leave them 1-2 inches longer than you would've if you were cutting blunt bangs.
And I suck at layers.
