I would do a light smokey eye. the steps and colour I would use to create this look would be.
1, use primer, concealer than liquid foundation and a powder to set
2, prime you're eyes with any primer or cream eye shadow base and if you don't have that then skip and go to step three but wet you're eye shadow brush every colour you apply to create a bolder longer lasting look. again if you don't have primer.
3. I would use the third shadow in on the top (lighter brown light colour in general) put all over lid with flat brush ,pat on don't rub.
4, than with a puffy small eye shadow brush or blending eye shadow brush use the right side from the top (darker brown) and apply lightly in crease of eye.
5, again with the same brush you just used in last step (blender puffy brush) apply a little and I mean a little of the darker brown on the right side bottom or whatever that colour is and blend in to crease, at this point blend to preferred harshness.
6, mix the white and the peachy blooming colour 4th one in at the top and apply with any eye shadow brush to inner corner of eye to brighten up
7, take the white again after you fill in eyebrows a little and apply directly under you're brow again for brighter look.
8, apply liquid eye liner to the top of eyelid to boarder your eyes and with a pencil do to the middle of bottom eye lid. mascara and you my dear are finished
I hope you understand what I said. stay beautiful :) great pallet by the way xoxo

Just so you know for future, that isn't a smokey eye... A smokey eye is when the darkest colour is at the lash like, and the colour gradients up. The makeup you are explaining is a classic eye :)
