It looks good! Maybe you could try a white eyeliner on the bottom water line to make your eyes pop! Black eyeliner closes your eyes out

Good job... I would possibly use a CC (Color Correcting) cream or toner to even out your skin tone, and get rid of any discoloration that may be present. To smooth out the skin I recommend purchasing a primer for you skin. You could try the Maybelline Baby Skin Primer, you can get it at Walmart for a good price... A primer will create a more even and smooth finish and will help the foundation go on easier and stay longer. I also suggest contouring lightly to accent your bone structure, and finally adding a little blush to bring the flush, or color back to face. Just so your face isn't one dimensional. I would also shape your brows and fill them in a little thicker. Let them grow and then lower them a tad, I think it would frame your face better.
Overall not bad, just remember practice makes perfect. Thumbs up though! :) Have a marvelous day.

Without letting us know what kind of a look you're going for it's hard for anyone to comment on it. maybe tomorrow write in that you're going for a minimal, natural, subtle look just so that we can give helpful comments to help you achieve this look, because if you just say MOTD and what you used, I'm struggling to give you an opinion or advice because I don't want what you wanted to achieve.
See Makenzie had some great advice for you but thats only good advice if thats the look you want you know? so maybe help us out and let us know doll? :)

The look is very pretty! You have such nice eyes! If I were to fix/add anything I would fill in eyebrows, add a pink/gold shimmery lip gloss, add some bronzer/blush to warm up and add dimension to the face, and add some eyeliner in the tightline so the eyes aren't too bottom heavy. What you have is a good start though!

Yes thanks Caitriona, I didn't think to say that, don't necessarily take my advice if that isn't the look you are going for...
