I have had the in styler before. I don't "close" it when my hair is in it as it only spins in one direction and so on one side it'll look nice and make the curls go outward but on the other side it sort of spins against the way your hair is and can make it a tad bit frizzy so I just wrap strands of hair around and yeah. It doesn't give as nice of curls as I prefer but I'd say it's a fairly good product

Aurora ' you need to hold it the opposite when you change side of your part line, so it could rotate the same way.
and I got them (2) and I really didnt likr them or recomend them.

I did rotate it the other way but doing so makes one sides curls go toward the face and the other side the curls go away
