There is topical acne medicine for that. However I found that eliminating the cause of the acne helped best. for me it was my shampoo/conditioner..I guess the fragrance didn't react well to my skin. Once I changed that and also got into the habit of letting my back breathe and keeping my hair off of it, it cleared without me noticing.

Bio oil works wonders! But just don't put it on your face as it will make you break out!

Bio oil and castor oil. I use castor oil for my surgery scar and it's helped so so much. Bio oil helps if it's things like cuts/stretch marks. Castor oil is great for old scars and cuts as it helps to rebuild new tissue and remove bacteria from the old scar.
