Okay so I ombred my hair myself a little while ago and I want to redo it higher up but don't want to necessarily bleach my ends again. How would I do this?? I don't want to damage my ends I just want to add more towards the top of my hair. Can anyone help? Would that be possible? Has anyone successfully done that? I'm not a hair expert at all so I need help haha please give me your input!

I suppose you could always try again with a hair dye brush you can buy at Sally's, or any beauty supply store. Then, you can braid or tie off the bottom of your hair and just apply the bleach.
However, it is always safer to go to a salon when it comes to bleach.
Try to look up some YouTube tutorials on ombre for a better idea.
Good luck! If it works, you should definitely post a picture of your hair. :D

I've done it twice myself and all I did was tease each piece. It looks more natural.

When I ombred my hair, I had to do it twice because of how dark my hair was. After awhile, my bleached ends turned a red and it just look horrid. You can always use a mixture of honey and baking powder to lighten, that's how I maintained my ombré. If worse comes to worse, wait two weeks and put the ombré in again

When I do this, I bleach the parts I want to lighten. Start at the ends and go upwards. Find a hair color that you like and dye over the bleached parts. That will give you a natural fade. I know it sounds scary, and it does damage your hair, but that's the simplest way to get the color that you want. Good luck!

I'm not worried about doing the ombre incorrectly, I'm really happy with the way I did my ombre I just wanted to know if anyone has added more ombre to their hair without damaging what's already been bleached. I think I'm going to try the braid technique Amelia suggested :) thanks guys!

I used the loreal wild ombré kit! I highly recommend it, they have the right shade for light blonde, dark blonde - light brunette, and then dark brunette to black. It's great - it comes with a brush that you put the lightening cream on and you just "brush it on".
