Try massaging biweekly with warm coconut oil and keep for an hour, then wash and use a deep conditioning mask.

Oh and on the days you use a regular conditioner, use a leave in product, I use a serum by loreal, liss ultime in a lavender transparent bottle. Or the Cantu leave in cream, for blow drying or straightening, use a heat protectant, I like the body shop brazil nut define cream for blow drying.

Also, a weekly DIY mask of olive oil, eggs and honey works wonders in softening hair, I get it done at my local spa cuz I am grossed out easily but you could do it at home.

I have a question... Does your hair actually start to stand up, or is it just frizzy?
