I'm looking on trying a new setting powder especially for my under eye concealer. I have a couple of fine lines under my eye so I need something that won't settle in my lines.

Tarte Smooth Operator Finishing Powder.. absolutely love it. not a huge fan of the packaging, but the powder itself is awesome & helps minimize the appearance of my pores (:
it has a matte finish tho, so I wouldn't use it if you use an illuminating foundation.

I absolutely love revlons nearly naked powder. So smooth and finely Pressed. Not chunky and just glids on the skin seamlessly, I am totally obsessed and I have crazy skin and when it's dry as crap it still never clings to my dry patches, love love love. In my opinion Rimmel stay matte I do not like expecislly for dry skin, it clings to every dry spot.
