Problem 1: I am pretty skinny and I cannot find clothes that fit me right! I'm always in-between sizes and either something is too baggy or too tight. Especially jeans. I don't know the right size to get. Or even if I have a size. They're always really clumped up at my ankles and baggy throughout the legs.
Problem 2: I can't find the right style for myself... I've tried girly, bold, athletic, everything and I can't seem to find just this one theme that fits my personality. I'm a really fun loving, crack-a-joke kinda person but sometimes I can be serious and not really care about anything.. I just don't know..
Problem 3: What clothes fit my body type the best? What colors compliment my skin tone and hair color the best? (picture of body type below and if you want, you can look at my profile pic for the rest. my skin is a little darker than in the picture though. more reddish and tan.)
If you have any suggestions or tips for ANYTHING please help me! I'm desperate! Lol. Thank you!

Try jeans that are a bit flared out so they won't clump up at you ankles

I have some of the same problems as you and I would try leggings or jeggings...

I wear leggings/jeggings but only on the weekend because my school doesn't allow them.

You don't have to wear something that belongs in a category, wear things that you like and you can mix and match them!

I have the same problem I wear a double zero and I still don't like how something's fit...

Maybe try skirts? a simple black skater skirt goes with almost everything. Based on your profile pictures, I think dark red, emerald green, and sky blue would look on you :)

Grey and navy blue too.

I don't really have a style either. I just buy whatever catches my eye and looks good on me. I have lots of different styles in my closet but I put them together somehow.
Items that I feel go with everything
1. Utility jacket. I got one as a present and it instantly became my favorite jacket. Mine is dark green and looks killer over dresses or with jeans and combat boots.
2.Combat boots/lace up boots. I wear these with everything too. They can look girly with a dress, or more tough with black jeans.
For jeans, I agree with flare.
You can try different stores to find one that has a size you fit. For instance, hollister, everyone seems to agree they run small. Aeropostale also has some small sizes. American eagle has a xxs.

1: finding the right size jeans is hard. I would recommend jeggings because they fit well. You could also try thicker/more structured leggings because they'll also fit well.
2: don't confine your style. Just but what you like and it'll all come together :)

3: I think vibrant colored tops in bright corals and greens and reals would look nice on you :) as for makeup, just simple and neutral makeup would be very pretty

26W/32L... (26 is your waist and 32 is from your waist to your feet) just find your numbers ;)

-What do you want to highlight in your body (for example: legs-heels, arms-tops, etc)
-and, if there is something you don't want to show a lot (example: like chest- keyhole neckline t shirt, hips- peplum top)
-Find your own style like this ;)... or choose one like hipster, swag, kawaii; girl etc.. or mix some of them but more important be you be whatever you want ;)

I hope is not confusing, and it may seem too much but you will get use to it ;)...

1. You might have to shop in the kids section sometimes... That's what I do when it comes to basics that need to fit tight, like jeans and sports bras.
2. You don't need to have a set style... Just wear what you like, as long as it matches! Maybe you could try a girl-next-door type style? That sounds like something that would suit you :)
3. Can't really help with that, sorry!
