Can someone help, recently my skin is just being a nightmare! Breakouts on my forehead and on my chin. I've tried so many different products, ie blemish deep cleansing masks, changing my moisturiser, exfoliating more. Nothing seems to be working. Anyone know of a miracle product as it's really starting to frustrate me :(

Oh and I'm in the uk so products I could get here would be helpful

If this has just started happening could it possibly be because you've changed your diet? Maybe it's the food and not the products. I might be completely wrong though. I use garniers face wash and think it's really good as my face is really oily sometimes.

Also St Ives apricot is really good not 100% sure if they sell it in the uk.

Karen St Ives apricot scrub is very very bad for your skin because the ingredients can cause micro tears which can damage the skin over time.

Yeah I don't know if exfoliation is the best thing... You need to examine your diet, hormones and any changes you recently made to your makeup or skin care routine - any changes in these areas could have triggered the breakout try to figure out what it was and stay away from it - as far as products go I'm not too sure what all is in the UK but you can try Clinique acne products they do work well for mild acne - and if you go to the counter they may have some good recommendations for you but that should be fine for mild acne you don't need to do too much other than wait it out eventually it will go away if you cleanse your diet and destress with some exercise n drink plenty of water n you should be good :) otherwise a 2% benzoyl peroxide spot treatment may also help as it's mild and should not irritate your skin also you can get it cheap at any drugstore.

Water water and more water! Drink plenty, if you aren't already. I don't know if they still sell this product in a lot of stores but I used to swear by it when I would get breakouts, Aveeno clear completion bar for Acne. The Bomb seriously. If you can't find in the store you can order it on soap.com good luck sweetie :)
