Stick your thumb in your mouth after you have applied your lipstick. Put your teeth together and make sure your thumb is on the outside and is touching your teeth. Pucker you lips and gently pull your thumb out of your mouth... And any lipstick on your teeth should be wiped off. Also, it takes off any lipstick from the inside of your lips that could get on your teeth.

Put your finger in your mouth
Close your lips around your finger
Pull finger out of mouth whilst lips still closed
The lipstick that would have ended up on your teeth is now on your finger xxxxxx

Like many have mentioned put your mouth around finger and take it out all excess lipstick will come off.

I agree with Kendra or you can use the old Kleenex trick that a tissue and press it between your lips to get rid of excess lip color.
