A light short flowy floral skirt and a crop top and maybe some over the knee socks. You can do this in either a dark or light color scheme. The boots are perfect for the transition from winter to spring :)

You could mix and match with a beige skinny and a shirt with a black and white pattern even, or a white shirt with a grey cardigan and a beanie (black) depending on the weather :)
