Alcohol free toner. Use twice daily. Use a face oil like argan at night to moisturize. It sounds counter productive, but it works. It tricks the skin into thinking it's already made enough sebum, and balances it out. Layer products when prepping skin for foundation. Put your sunscreen on, moisturize, then put on a mattifing primer, then let set for about 5 minutes, then put foundation on. Moisturizing will keep the skin hydrated and balanced, and the primer will absorb the oil up. Even if you don't put foundation on, the primer will still help

Cut out gluten and processed carbs (including rice). Give it two weeks. You will be amazed.

For a while I used a lil bit of milk of magnesia on my face and it worked wonders:) it's crazy cheap and worked much better than any "anti oil or mattifier"! Plus it made my foundation go on and blend easier:)

Neutrogena makes a shine-free primer that mattifies. I use it every day :)
