I have an eyeshadow palette by bh cosmetics and I use it very often (I don't own a lot of eyeshadows except this palette lol)- I think they're good quality for their very low price :).

Here's a swatch I took from a BHCosmetics palette. It's from one of their older palettes, the newer one's are more pigmented.

I personally think they are better than drugstore palettes, but not better than high end. It all depends on how you use them and what you compare them to.

Absolutely love them! I'm American but I own 3 palettes, liner, lipgloss and mascara from them. Never disappointed. Always a good deal too.
