On Saturdays I take my martial arts class early in the morning. I usually do my hair and makeup full on before I go but by the end my makeup is melting off and my hair looks craptastic. What are some easy simple hair and makeup ideas? Please note: I will be wearing a helmet.

Maybe you should stick to simple makeup instead of full-faced makeup. If its been melting off then why not try waterproof makeup.
For hair you can go with a pony tail or a braid :)

If you do do makeup make sure it's water proof and maybe just wear mascara.

I used to do martial arts and had the same issue. I eventually learned, through trial and error, that the best thing to do is slap on some tinted moisturizer, maybe waterproof mascara at the most, and get into class. you can always do your makeup after(: it's way easier to focus on your body and what you're doing when you don't have to worry about your face melting off ;) I feel you girl its hard not to, but you'll be more in tune in the end.

Don't even put any make-up on. I'm a mixed martial artist also, and in my classes I don't put on anything.

I'm in martial arts I highly suggest doing your makeup after that way you can take a moist towelette and clean up a bit and then apply makeup.
