I really like CeraVe Moisturizing Cream or Lotion (you may want the cream though because its thicker). For the really dry patches I like putting Neosporin or Aquaphor, along with CeraVe

I second CeraVe, it's my HG moisturizer, I pair it with a little bit of jojoba oil. And my skin stays super soft all day.

1. First (5 out of 7 days of the week) I apply Clean and Clear's morning glow moisturizer to my cheek and temples, because that is the oily parts if my face and the lotion is oil free. Here is a picture.

One too, once a month I do a steam treatment... Meaning I boil water, let it cool slightly, put my face over the bowl with a towel covering both me and it to prevent the escape of steam, and I let the steam open up my pores before I co tinge with my normal exfoliating routine...

Your skin will be oily if you use everything I'm about to recommend so mix and match as you feel you need.
I really like Garnier Moisture Match Ultra Hydrating Rich Cream for dry to very dry skin right now, and on days where I wear makeup I will pop on a layer of Nivea Daily Essentials Express Hydration Primer too. I have extremely dry skin so this might be too much moisture for you but it really works for me.
Good face wipes that will take off all your make-up and not dry out your skin is Johnson's Face Care Make-up Be Gone Moisturising wipes for dry skin and a nice cleanser is Loreal Skin Perfecting Cleansing and Perfecting Milk but it is a touch expensive (9euro) and another really good cleanser I like and will be repurchasing as soon as my Loreal one is done is Derma V10 Deep Cleansing Milk with Sweet Almond Oil (this stuff is amazing and only 1 euro 50, pick some up if you can, I genuinely credit it to my skin clearing up).

Dude. My skin is the same way and the winter weather made it worse. I had dry flakey skin on my nose especially. I found my fiances body lotion in the restroom cabinet and decided to try it on my face over night. (I was desperate after trying all these moisturizers) I swear to you, by morning, my skin was AMAZING! No flakes, peeling, or anything. It was like a miracle. It was called dermasil. My skin looks so healthy now.

I don't have a very sensitive face, but an amazing body cream is the Yes To Carrots Body Butter! I use it on my hands and face it works wonders! It does have a small amount of smell so if your very sensitive get the fragrance free one! :)
