There are a lot of considerations to take in for this product. It does contain Retinol which can irritate sensitive skin. If you have a facial moisturizer that you already use, note the ingredients (and I pray none of them contain fragrance), this does not seem like something that would be very practical to use on a day to day basis. Even though the Retinol is not as high there are still some red flags on this product as with any product. If you are looking for a primer just for yourself I suggest trying something with a lot less extras and just go for the silicones (they end in cone, ex. Dimethicone; Trimethicone;). Any other extras in the product could damage the skin especially fragrance. Not to mention that Retinol is somewhat a toner (closes the pores) which when combined with silicone is not something you want clogged inside your pores. All in all it just sounds a little too good to be true. I have never had issues with Temptu's silicone primer.

Thanks for the tips...I don't have sensitive skin it's just on the dryer side and as far as moisturizer I use cetaphil cause I feel it actually moisturizes...are there any drug store primers that any of you would recommend? I ask drug store cause the too faced was a gift and as far as foundations and primers it's something new to me so is like to start off from the bottom I guess you'd say and work my way up.

Its good for dry skin but be sure to use it with a foundation that shares the same ingredients because this primer will make other foundations slide off if it counteracts. Also you have to see how it works with your moisturizer because it may also effect the finish as well.

I completely agree with Alma M. I always stress this to my clients as well as my students. You must start reading at least the first 6 ingredients in any product you use. Just google it or whatever. (If you ever use VS hand lotion look again it contains Sodium Hydroxide which is essentially oven cleaner). The unfortunate truth with a lot of makeup is that it is trial by error. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
