I use clean and clear deep cleansing lotion! It does not prevent spots entirely however you would not get as many as you normally would and also drink plenty of water and lack if sugary foods x

Grease lightning by lush is a life saver. I've bought 5 bottles.

I had acne and I used the neutrogina oil free acne wash in grapefruit and it cleared me up

But if you have dry or normal skin this cleanser won't work it only really works on oily skin because it is kinda drying
