I agree with Jacqlyn!
ELF also makes pretty decent shadows for cheap. there's also Lorac Pro, Too Faced Chocolate Bar, any Kat Von D palette, UD Smoked & Vice palettes, their new Electric palette looks awesome (but it's nor out yet), & Tarte Flower Child (:

I am having troubles with wanting a new palette aswell.. Just remember that quality should come before prices because if you buy a cheap one for say 6$ you might not like it and will never use it but maybe if you invest in a good one it will be worth your money and you'll love it :)
