What helps my hair grow faster is trimming the tips every few months. It really does work! My hair is down past my waist.

Wash your hair more often. Your hair is like a plant, the more water it gets, the quicker it grows. And there are shampoo's that fixes damage hair and also use hair conditioner, that makes it smooth. (-: & I also agree with Cindy-Joy R, but don't damage your hair again after the trim.

Step 1. look in mirror.
step 2. don't cut it.
step 3. repeat.
just kidding!
but, there's nothing that can really help your hair grow faster. how fast your hair grows is in your genetics. there are products that may make your hair fuller (as I read horse shampoo just has oils that makes your hair appear "longer" because of the waxes. a lot of girls use it to "grow their hair longer.") I would suggest extensions. they're expensive though. :(
but as Tilbe D said, water! your hair will absorb it. use conditioner on the ends (or where needed) of your hair. the top shouldnt need it because out produces a lot of natural oils.(at least mine does.)

? No heat
? Let it air dry
? Use comb, not a brush
? HairSkinNails tablets
? Biotin
? Drink lots of water
? Avoid conditioner on roots
? Let hair absord oils
? Don't keep it in tight ponytails
? Use hair masks often
? Hair treatments
