Nyx has lots of pigments for like $4! All of these are shimmery (I think)

I have one of the NYX ones (actually it's the baby pink one, sixth from the left on the top) and it's amazing. The color is so gorgeous and the pigment itself is awesome. Surprisingly there's minimal fallout on my face after application. It lasts a long time & shows up really well if you layer it on top of the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk. I definitely recommend these pigments, they're so cheap that even if it isn't what you're looking for it's not a huge waste of money.

Yep! I vote NYX. I have the gold pigment and it is BEAUTIFUL. I want the silver but it's always sold out at my Ulta.
