On this website, how do you you make a thumbnail for a video?

You will see your Name on the Top Right hand corner.
Then you will need to click on your videos
Choose how you wish to upload your photo, whether it be from your Computer or from YouTube.
Thats when it will show up as a thumbnail on your profile
