Well I use it on my top eyelid by my eyelash and add a pink eyeshadow with it.Does that even a make sense?? Lol!! xoxo.

And then as simple as it gets, putting the white eyeliner dot in the inner corner is so simple and opens up your eyes :)

If it is liquid liner I don't recommend applying it to your waterline ladies... Liquid liner does take time to dry, so many things can happen. If you blink while it is still wet, you can make a mess, it can gather in your eye in the corners, etc.and most of all burn like poop...( weird I know, don't know why I said it)... I personally only recommend using kohl, pencil and some gel liners on your waterline... Just not liquid..
