What's a good product I can use to lighten up my hair or some ingredients that I can easily do at home that won't cost too much or damage your hair?

There is hair lightening spray that you can buy pretty much anywhere...it's very cheap.

Is there any kind of shampoo?

It depends what colour your hair is now, and the desired amount of colour you want to lighten. You could try a bleach bath, but no matter what you do it'll cause some damage. Bleach bathing is less damaging than straight bleaching. You'll need a packette of blue powder bleach, and some clarifying shampoo. Don't use sun in it will turn your hair orange! Don't put lemon in... Better off getting a box kit.
