Me too velen I love ice cold water! But my friend likes warm water... He is weird but I heard cold water is better for hydration and warm water is better to keep you full if you are trying to eat less.

I'm studying to be an Ayurvedic (natural/traditional) doctor and one of the first things we learn is that warm water is the best. water that's lukewarm/at body temperature is ideal because your body has a much higher chance of absorbing and hydrating itself. Sometimes cold water and hot water can shock the body into not hydrating itself. I know this sounds different from what you're used to hearing but its what I've learned and decided to share with you. It might make a difference! A good indicator if you're drinking enough is clear pee (or very light yellow) because this way you see how much is just water. :) I hope this post helps!

Hahahaha trust me I get you. I prefer cold water well over the other two. I just offered it as a suggestion to Cydney in case she would like to see if it improves anything in her lifestyle :)

I found drinking lukewarm water to make me feel much less hydrated. When I traveled to France that was what they served me. I often went through 2 or three carafes of water, and still felt thirsty. I guess I'm just used to drinking nice ice cold water. haha.
