I know thick hair is a good thing, but when you actually have it it's so irritating. I can't do much with it because of this. Do you have any tips for managing thick hair??

I love having thick hair even though it can get annoying. I understand what you mean. To make it more easily manageable I use leave in conditioners. As well as, some weeks I blow dry some weeks I air dry. Your hair will stay thick but maybe making it smooth will make it easier to manage.

I am in love with two. 1. Aussie 3 minute miracle and joico I believe it's called. It's salon quality and expensive but it's really good. But the Aussie works well too. I have really thick hair too so I know the struggle!

I have thick hair as well! I hear layers are nice (just don't get your hair thinned). Hair masks are also nice and if your hair is dry and/or frizzes then I really like using the Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Anti-Humidity Smoothing Milk. Oils are also recommended for thick hair(:

Do you have your stylist thin it out for you when you get a cut? This will help. Try different products as suggested above and see which works the best for you and/or which one you happen to like the most. For me, I use Davines Oi Oil after towel drying my hair and just let it air dry. When I flat iron my hair, it makes it smooth, silky, and shiny. :-)
