What to do with my hair??

So I have to get the kool aid out of my hair. And so I tried to dye it and then it didn't look any different. So I was thinking I should bleach it but I don't want to do that. It also get really fly away all the time. I don't really know what to do with either issue. Here is a pic, lol. its bad but I'm on the bus :)
