Hello there!
I'm 18 years old and my boyfriend's mom keeps telling me I should wear more make up because guys like it (she cakes it on everyday)..not sure if I found it insulting or not, but anyway...I've worn lip gloss and eyeliner before but I just think Make-up takes up too much time...but I am also considering just doing natural, light stuff...any opinions for beginners on TRYING makeup for the first time?

if you have clear skin, you can just try wearing a tinted moisturizer to even out your skintone. i would keep it easy on the eyes, since makeup isnt really your thing, and just curl your lashes and wear mascara (other than only wearing eyeliner). for something extra, you can dust on some highlighter/bronzer or blush on your cheeks. finish off your look with colored lip gloss. these are some minor things that take little time to apply and can make you look better.
