Best exfoliator I'm a beauty therapist and it's the best one I've used so far, it's best to only exfoliate twice a week otherwise your skin can come sensitive 😊

St. Ives scrubs are horribleeee, they actually create micro cuts into the skin, although you can't
really tell after you use, it will be worse in the long run because its tearing up the skin. Please don't use, I would try a higher end exfoliator like Murad,
Philosophy, The Body Shop (thats not really high end though), or Lush Scrubs.

I use it once every two weeks. Just please Nicolet don't push hard against your face or you can make little cuts like lisa said because of the beads. Just massage gently n circular motion. You going to feel on your skin if you are pushing so hard. Just be gentle 👍
