Since you're a teenager, I say mascara, winged eyeliner and streight hair.
A little bit of blush and a nude lipstick or a soft light pink maybe.

What I always wear to interviews is a simple ponytail and simple plain make-up. You want to seem groomed and professional.

I watched a show somewhere. They said that hair out of the face gives the impression of someone more honest. Brown is typically used in a suit for someone who is reliable. Keep makeup natural or very simple. I wouldn't do to big of a wing, maybe just a little flick or a bar. I'd define the crease and do a light contour over a bb cream and that's it. Use a facial illuminator or a CC cream to brighten the skin and offer a genuine smile. I use stains on my lips and cheeks for a blush.
And it depends on where your applying. For MAC use more makeup that's well defined, for a bank use something sleek and natural.
