I recently had this problem due to the cold winter in NY and I just made sure that I wasn't using a cleanser that made me dry and I moisturized. Primer under foundation made my skin more dry so I applied my foundation and didn't set it with a powder and just used my bronzer and blush as usual. But definitely check if your cleanser is the one that is causing your skin dryness. I hope this helps you out please let me know. Moisturizer is key

If regular moisturizers are not working I would suggest an oil to replace your moisturizer or pair with it - jojoba oil is good and there are plenty of others out there with different benefits so just try to do some research on which are best for moisture.

Try Avene moisturizers and cleansers, they are super gentle. Japanese Konjac sponges are also amazing! They lightly exfoliate (without redness and irritation) so that when you cleanse and moisturize you won't be putting your moisturizer on top of already dead skin cells.
