I noticed by outlining with a lighter eye pencil and filling in wig a darker eyeshadow works amazing I always use a light brown like a bronze eye pencil and a coco brown eyeshadow then blending with a eyebrow brush but lightly blending to where the drawn lines show still

If I were you I'd go get them threaded and dyed or you could do that hd brow where they create the perfect shape that you aim to have. My friend had it done and now her eyebrows are bigger and perfectly shaped but it takes a few sessions! If you fill in your eyebrows yourself always use a powder and an ankled brush xxx

You don't have to use a pencil, you can use eyeshadow.. that'll be a softer look.
