I'm trying to get my hair to grow faster and I heard folic acid pills were really good, any other suggestions?

hi alondra I had a problem when I bleached my hair. my hair will not grow it for two years til I started taking prenatal pills and these other vitamins by "applied nutrition " and I bought the Dr miracle shampoo and treatment, my hair started growing so fast and healthy, also drink lots of milk. and get scalp massages. :) good luck!
