Wich should I use... Foundation or bb cream and what it the difference between the two of them x

Foundation has more coverage but it really doesn't help the skin at all.
Bb cream has a bunch of benefits to it also some have more coverage than others. It's a moisturizer with. Bunch of other thing I can't get off the top of my head. It's also better to use on your skin than foundation.

Depends what you whant foundation gives more coverage so if you have lots of redness or blemishes you whant to cover up bb cream is lighter so if you want less coverage but a smooth even skin tone

And what brand of foundation would you recommended also what brand of bb cream would you recommend x I don't usually wear makeup apart from mascara I only wear foundation / bb cream when I'm going out shopping some times thanks lol x

I like loreals bb cream especially for beginners because it's easy to blend in.

I use foundations when I'm going out for the night or events but bob cream regularly I love it it's way better for your skin then foundation I use Asian bob creams tho they focus towards your skin I use Korean the most but some Japanese
