How do people look so pretty with makeup? Like what do they use?

Can you elaborate on what you mean? More often than not, makeup is about enhancing someone's natural beauty. My advice for you would be to find a feature you love, such as your eyes, cheek bones, or lips, and use makeup to highlight it. For example, you could do a bold lip if you want the attention focused on them, or highlight your cheek bones, or do a bold eyeliner look, depending on what feature you want to get the most attention. (: makeup can also be used to hide 'imperfections' such as blemishes/under eye bags/scars. To do this, you would use a base(either foundation, tinted moisturizer, or bb/cc cream, depending on the coverage you want), and you can also add concealer or only use concealer to give a more 'flawless' face look. (: is that the kind of answer you were looking for?
