Hey beauties!!
so I recently applied to sephora for the assistant manager position does anyone know the length of time you would recieve a phone call back?

Call them and if its anything like the sephora in my area you have to be persistent!

I know I'm a dinosaur, but I'd recommend stopping in and/or writing a follow up note -- especially since you're looking at a manager position. When I did the hiring for a sports entertainment company, the extra effort scored bonus points!
