Moisturize but you might be allergic. Take some Advil. I used to be a lifeguard and I would see that. Try to stay out of the sun

You are allergic to the chlorine. Was it chlorine or bromine that was used in the pool? I know many people are very allergic to bromine. There's not much you can do to get rid of it but don't put anything on it to aggravate it. You can moisturize and I recommend putting ice/cold cloth on it and also apply pure 100% cold aloe vera gel that you can find at a health food store. The store bought green stuff doesn't work as well.
