Red marks after pimples.

I have so many red marks all over my face and I really want to get rid of them, fast if it's possible. Those red marks is after my pimples and I hate it because I want to go without makeup but now I can't because of it.

How can I get rid of them? Please help!!

Put ice cubes over it..may help woth the redness.
