Try Nivea lotions. My mother uses it on occassion (severely sensitive) and my boyfriend uses it on his eczema.

Sorry forgot to mention the one I mentioned is amazing for sensitive skin because its just moisturiser, it doesn't contain all the other chemicals other moisturisers put in. Its not perfumed but thats what body sprays and perfumes are for :P.
