Good eyeshadows, mascara, & eyeliner?

It depends on your budget. For drugstore I would go for Wet n Wild, Milani and NYX....Rimmel hands down for mascara (I use it and it has yet to disappointment me...I just snag whatever Rimmel mascara is on sale). For high-end there is Hourglass cosmetics for their eyeshadow duos (such a dream to work with), Lancome and Christian Dior make great mascaras, Tarte is great at eyeshadows/mascara and eyeliners.

If money is tight I would splurge on a great eyeshadow palette and go drugstore for the mascara and eyeliners.

eye shadow: Urban Decay, Hourglass, NYX Mascara: physicians formula, urban decay lush lash or super curl, Eyeliner: urban Decay 24/7 pencils, eyeko skinny liner is great for liquid and for gel I like Makeup Geek or Makeup Forever. I'm a big fan of Tarte as well just generally speaking I enjoy the brand
