I have used henna before, it's fun. I've just never seen white henna.
That's why I was wondering what I was because I didn't know if this was something fake lol

I heard you can get a Lacey pattern (most are in designs similar to this) and you paint over them (while they're pinned to your skin)in henna. Causing you to have the same design.

That is not a tattoo though. White tattoos don't show up like that on skin.

I haven't seen them in the states, but in India you can find these wooden blocks with prints like those cut into the wood and you paint them over with any color henna you want and stamp the area that you want it so show up on :)

Jacqlyn, it does and so far I have found nothing of white henna. From what it looks like it is not made. So I still have no clue what it is lol

If it comes to it. Doing a fake one would be like making a fake tattoo that comes off in the shower. Take makeup and once you have the design just use hair spray to spray it on. Wouldn't be able to go swimming with it lol.

Try on etsy to see if they have anything similar
