Layered Hair. Opinions?

I just got my hair layered, thinned out and my ends trimmed. I'm not sure if you can see a difference in the picture or not but I can feel a major difference. my hair feels healthier and much thinner. what do you guys think? also I need advice on what products to use for damaged hair. what are your favorite hair products?
