Back Acne Problems!! Help.

I know this is nasty, but I've been getting back acne really bad! and its scarring!! I wash my back with cleanser every night and exfoliate, what could be the problem!? and please please please tell me how to fix it before spring comes.

Sometimes it could be what you're eating b/c when I eat unhealthy, I break out. Usually, it can just be biology. But I know for a fact that eating healthy makes a HUGE difference. I have a friend who had horrible acne all over her face & back, but once she started eating healthy, she cleared up drastically. I hope this helped!

Go to the derm! The dermatologist will give you medicine: cream of some sort to clear it up!
